HQ Services Touristiques, at its core, offers group and private walking tours and high-end gourmet and agritourism tours.
We make sure to offer more than tours : real human connections.
In the long term, our goal is to be THE reference in Quebec City and, eventually, in the province of Quebec as an all-in-one tour operator. This way, we can take care of our guests’ experiences from the moment they arrive for their stay to the moment they leave. Its already a service we offer, but we want to take it to another level.
What does“HQ” stand for?
“HQ” stands for high-quality. It’s not just a company name, it’s how we do things every single day. Each client is important, we adapt, and we make sure each experience is thoroughly thought, human… and memorable.
Founded in 2013. Transferred in 2022. Continuously proudly woman and family-owned.
Our story, my story
I took over HQ Tourism Services in November 2022 when I was 23 years old from my friend Hongying who believed in me.
The first thing I worked on was the operations automation like installing a reservation system connected to the resellers like Viator/Tripadvisor and Get Your Guide.
The second big move was renting a property to open an office for our tour departures with toilets, water and an excellent customer service. We are the only tour company with a welcoming private office in Old Quebec and having tour departures start in the Lower Town and end in the heart of the Upper Town.
And the most important, is I hired and continue to hire the best of the best of tour guides in Old Quebec and excellent team members. They are the heart of my small tour business.
This had the effect of having our business quadruple and hire enough amazing human beings to be able to have my first child and the second being on the way for July 2026.
The company grew so fast that my partner, Émile, stopped being a mechanic to concentrate on taking care of our family and playing a very important role in our team : our Jack-of-all-trades.
I absolutely work hard and care from the bottom of my heart about my guests and team… I am absolutely very very lucky to be able to count on my team and our tour guides. I would not run this without them or on my own.

Owner, partner in crime and future boss
Émilie is in charge of making sure her team has everything to succeed, business development and always working on making things better and a new idea.
Émile became a full-time team member after his first paternity leave and is our Jack-of-all-trades and the best dad to Henri.
Henri is always somewhere working on undoing the cleanliness of our office…
