Our tours run regardless of weather conditions. In the rare situation where we are forced to cancel the event, you will be allowed to reschedule to another time (subject to availability) or offered a refund.
When booking one of our tours, you understand that cancellations will be accepted up to 24 hours prior to the tour departure.
Flexible Reschedule Policy:
You may reschedule your tour up to 24 hours prior to the tour departure. Once you have been rescheduled, there will be no refunds if you decide not to take the tour.
The price or schedule of a tour may be changed without notice. Tours are payable at the time of booking. We reserve the right to terminate the participation of a client if their physical or psychological condition poses risks to their own safety or that of others.
In case of cancellation 8 days before your departure time, we can process refund without charge or penalty.
In the event that tours are canceled by us, we will contact you for the details of the refund.
In case of cancellation 4 days before your departure time, we can offer you 75% refund to your original method of payment.
In case of cancellation 25-72 hours before your departure time, we can offer you 50% refund to your original method of payment.
Non-refundable or transferable. In no case will we reimburse the 3% fees associated with the booking fees, except in the case where we cancel a tour or unable to reschedule.
REPORT: No report will be granted.
* For any reimbursement request, you must email email@example.com, email tittle “Refund request” . Please include your name, tour name and tour date in your email. The date and time on which the request for reimbursement is filed will be considered as the date and time of cessation of services and reimbursement calculation.
