Chez Jules is an authentic and typical French Brasserie restaurant. Red neon lights, copper wine holders, murals, indoor french windows, and most importantly -- burgundy-style braised beef cheek with smoked bacon, onions, thyme, bay leaf, button mushrooms and maple syrup.
Founded in 1974, Chez Temporel is located on Couillard Street as once the "downtown" of Old Quebec thanks to its bars, song boxes and restaurants. Numerals authors had created their master pieces inside this tiny eatery.
