Meeting point / Hotel pickup

Our guide will be waiting for you at our office located at 112 Saint-Paul Street to embark on our private shuttle to the Park.

Our office is located in the heart of the Old Port district in the Lower Town of Old Quebec. It is near the cruise ship docks and less than 20 min walk from any hotel in Old Quebec.

We can pick you up at your hotel in Old Quebec. If you want the hotel pick up, make sure to keep us posted on your location and we will confirm the day before the official pickup time.

7:30 AM – 8:00 AM – Hotel pickups

8:00 AM – Departure from our office (please be there 15 min early)

Jacques Cartier National Park

9:00 AM – Arrival at Jacques-Cartier National Park

9:15 AM – Start of the guided hike

12:00 PM – End of the hike, return to the Jacques-Cartier National Park Discovery and Services Center

12:00–12:30 PM – Free time

12:30 PM – Departure from the park

Bakery for lunch

1:00–2:00 PM – Lunch

The planned stop is at the locally renowned bakery for lunch: Pascal Le Boulanger

The bakery can differ from an outing to another depending on availability.

Back at our office / Your hotel

2:30 PM – Back in Old Quebec

What to know before your tour

Beginner to intermediate for active participants (adaptable according to the group)

Total hike distance : 5 km (3 Miles)  with uphill and downhill sections

By meeting at your office, 15 min early, you can use our restroom and enjoy the cold water dispenser at the office.

During colder times, we can also lend you our comfortable winter accessories to stay warm.

For your hotel pickup, make sure we know your hotel at least 48 hours in advance so we can confirm your pick-up time the day before.

In Quebec City, gratuity is a standard practice. Depending on your appreciation and the type of service, it is an amount of 10% to 20% that is recommended. It is however not mandatory, but very appreciated.

If you wish to leave a gratuity to your tour guide, plan bringing cash or have the guide give you his or her online gratuity link to safely give it by credit card. You should receive an automated email including the link after the tour however please feel free to send a message at [email protected] requesting it.
